Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LeadNation website, mobile application and services operated by Vametra AI Technologies Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

LeadNation provides a global trade-intelligence platform including the Trade Command Center (Trade Projects, costing, simulations, scenarios, decision analysis and reports), trade tools, and an AI assistant (the "LeadNation Brain"). Features are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

2. Accounts and identity

• Authentication is provided via Google Firebase; you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• One shared identity (same Firebase account and 5-digit Customer ID) is used across our website and mobile app. Customer IDs are numeric, five digits, unique, immutable, and 00001 is reserved for the platform Super Admin.
• You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to breach security, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or disrupt operations.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not use the Service to violate export controls, sanctions, or applicable trade laws.

4. Subscriptions, payments and downloads

• Paid plans, pay-per-report downloads and subscriptions are billed through Stripe and/or Razorpay in the currency shown at checkout.
• Prices are set by us and may change; the price shown at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
• Subscriptions renew for the stated period unless cancelled. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. AI features and no professional advice

AI-generated explanations, recommendations, scores and reports are informational aids only. They are not legal, tax, customs, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for verifying duties, taxes, freight, compliance requirements and any decisions you make. See our Disclaimer.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, engines, content and branding, is owned by Vametra AI Technologies Pvt Ltd and protected by law. You retain ownership of the business data and content you submit; you grant us a limited license to process it to operate the Service.

7. User content & marketplace

You are responsible for content you post (listings, profiles, documents). We may remove content that violates these Terms. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any user or third-party content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vametra AI Technologies Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for losses arising from reliance on trade data, AI output, or reports. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Vametra AI Technologies Pvt Ltd against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; certain provisions survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
